The location for "Dream-Island" was at the entrance of a high office-building. The sculpture was a group of growing clouds ending in a big one. Of course there was a reference to the reflection of clouds on the water. But, most of all it is a metaphor for a thought. The shape of the sculpture is a thinking balloon used in comics.
There is no text on the cloud. Therefore, on the water floats an big unspoken thought. Everybody can fill-in his or hers wishful dream.
